Shipping & Delivery

All domestic orders ship free with tracking. Free shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories applies to prints only — framed orders ship free to the continental U.S. only.

Unframed Prints Orders are processed and packed within 3–4 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery runs 8–10 business days. UPS Ground delivers in 6–7 business days once shipped. Expedited options (3-Day, 2-Day, Next Day) are available at checkout — transit time begins from the date your order ships, not the date of purchase.

Framed Orders Framed maps require professional assembly before shipment. Please allow 3–4 weeks from order date to delivery. This timeline applies to all frame options regardless of shipping speed selected.

Framed Map Returns Due to the custom nature of framed orders, we do not accept returns or exchanges on framed maps. If your framed map arrives damaged, contact us at customercare@battlearchives.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and we will make it right.

International Orders Standard international delivery runs 10–12 days from shipment. UPS international runs 8–9 days. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the order total.

Shipping Address We ship via UPS whenever possible. UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes — orders with a PO Box address will ship via USPS, which offers less reliable tracking. Please use a physical address when possible.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 3–4 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Processing times may extend during peak seasons: Father's Day (late May through mid-June) and the holiday season (mid-November through December).

Delivery Estimates All delivery windows are estimates provided by the carrier from the date of shipment. Delays caused by incorrect addresses, weather, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control may affect final delivery dates.

Order Changes & Cancellations We accept cancellations and order changes within 12 hours of purchase. Contact us at customercare@battlearchives.com. We process orders quickly — requests received after 12 hours cannot be guaranteed, though we will do our best to accommodate them.

Payment All orders are charged at time of purchase in USD. International customers paying in local currency will have conversion handled by their bank.
